2: DELIVERY
Delivery across Ukraine with a convenient service for you: New Mail or Ukrposhta.
It is also possible to print products both in Ukraine and in Europe, USA, Australia, Mexico - yes, we can do that, we will print and deliver goods with printed products all over the world.
We will also send magic paraphernalia abroad by agreement.
3: RETURN
Electronic product returns are not available due to copyright protection.
We can, upon request, send you all the necessary information about a digital product, so that you fully understand what you are buying. Our designs are of high quality and are prepared to work in any conditions in an international format.
There is no refund for the development of a logo or individual design, since the customer fully oversees the production of the work from sketches to the transfer of the final file. Only subsequent revisions of the file after its transfer are possible for a separate fee according to the time spent if there are new wishes of the customer and this was not included in the terms of reference.
Magic paraphernalia cannot be exchanged or returned, due to their creation in accordance with all the rules of the Witchcraft.
